Passed away peacefully at Margery Cole on Tuesday 12 December 2023. Aged 98 years.

Loved and loving husband of Dorothy (dec) and Yvonne Goodwin (dec.).

Loved and respected father and father-in-law of Carolyn & David, Graham & Cathy, Ian & Glenda, Allan & Trish and Steven & Heidi.

Cherished Pa to all his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

George was a respected member of his local community.

A wonderful person so loving and kind,

what beautiful memories you have left behind,

Sharing and caring, always content,

Loved and respected wherever you went.

The Funeral of Mr George Harvey Mayze will be held at Latrobe Valley Funeral Services Chapel, 260 Princes Highway, Traralgon on WEDNESDAY (December 20, 2023) commencing at 11.00 am

At the conclusion of the Service the Funeral will leave for the Traralgon Cemetery, Gippsland Memorial Park.

George’s service will be livestreamed.

When pa would come up to NSW we would go into Nowra have lunch. He was a kind caring person. Loved his fishing and making home brew. His ginger beer was nice. Rest in Peace George. 🙏
