Passed away peacefully at Maryvale Hospital on 18^th April 2021 surrounded by his loving family

Aged 88 years

Dearly loved husband of Hildegard (dec) and Hannelore.

Much loved father and father-in-law of Michael and Liz, Andrew (dec) and Ute, Rainer, Marc and Dorothee.

Opa of Brent, Scott, Joannah, Patrick, Natalie, Erin, Adam and Damian.

Ur Opa to all his great grandchildren.

The Funeral Service and committal for Cremation for Mr Egon Luetjens will be held in the Gippsland Memorial Park Crematorium Rose Chapel, Cemetery Drive, Traralgon on Tuesday April 27th, 2021 at 11.am.

No flowers by request.

Dear Opa,

Even though we lived far apart most of the time, I am thankful for the brief times shared and memories made.

I have always admired your openness to the world, your ambition and drive as young man to set off to a new world and start a family, your cross-cultural community involvement throughout the years as well as your friendly and elegant style. You have opened a world of opportunities across 2 continents to the younger generation and we are very grateful for that.

You will be missed and remembered.
