Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Central Gippsland Health on the 29 of March 2018 aged 63 years.  Loved wife of Peter. Loving mum of Bec, Mandy and Corey and Luke and Alison. Loving Grandma and Great Grandma of Laura, Sydney, Lydia, Archie, Erika and Fletcher.

 

You worked so hard for those you loved, You always did your best, You fought until you could no more, and now you are at rest.

The Funeral of Mrs Pam Caldwell will be held at Latrobe Valley Funeral Services Chapel, 260 Princes Highway, Traralgon on FRIDAY (April 6, 2018) commencing at 2.00 pm

At the conclusion of the Service the Funeral will leave for the Traralgon Cemetery, Gippsland Memorial Park.
