Passed away peacefully at his home in Traralgon on July 12th 2025 surrounded by his loving family.

Aged 84 Years.

Dearly loved and loving husband of Valerie.

Much loved father and father in law of Tanyah and Daryl, Jason( Dec) and Aarhon ( Dec).

Adored Bamps to Marlee and Rob, Joel (Dec), Hayden and Carly, Brodie, Tiannah and Griffin, and G.B. to Tyler.

The Funeral Service and Committal for Cremation for Mr. Maurice Sutton will be held at Latrobe Valley Funeral Services Chapel, 260 Princes Highway Traralgon on MONDAY (July 21st, 2025) commencing at 10.30am

    Oh, how deeply saddened I am to hear of Maurie’s passing. He was such a cherished soul — always with a kind smile and that gentle, familiar reminder: “Don’t forget the tablets!” I’ll never forget his love for his bear, or the warmth he brought into every moment we shared.

    Maurie is going to be so deeply missed.

    Please know that he hasn’t gone far — he’ll be watching over you, making sure you’re being looked after by your beautiful, loving family. In this incredibly hard time, my heart is with you, full of love and sympathy.
