Much loved mother and mother in law of Alison and Graeme, Sue and Gary, John and Jacquie, Ken and Mandy.
Loved Grandma of all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The funeral service and committal for cremation for Mrs. Johanna Van Zwieten will be held at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Church St Traralgon on Tuesday ( 18th December 2018) commencing at 11am.
