SMITH – Jeffrey Noel

Born on August 7, 1961. Passed away March 10, 2021.

Passed away after a long battle at Latrobe Regional Hospital Traralgon.
Dearly loved and adored partner of Tracey. Loved father of Kristie and David, Courtney and Sam, step-father and best mate of Jake and Lauren, Dylan and Taiya. Soon to be Pop of “Hugo?”.
Son of Sam and Terry (dec). Brother of Jenny and Felix. Uncle to Karlee and Abbie.

With tears we saw you suffer. Our hearts were almost broken as you fought so hard to stay. We knew you had to leave us but you did not go alone for part of us went with you the day you went away.
Loved and adored partner of Tracey.

Far Too strong willed and yet even more determined.
We are forever grateful for the unconditional love you showed us all.
You brought us all tears of laughter and never once let life stop you.
We are forever indebted to the support and guidance you gave us all.
Belts tight, drive safely and watch out for morons.
Love Jake, Dylan, Lauren, Taiya and your Hugo xo

Dad,
The time came where we had to say goodbye, you were ready but I was not.  I wish you could be there for the many milestones left in my life. But although not in person, I know that you are by my side watching over me always.
You will always hold a place in my heart. You’re pain free and you can now rest in peace.
I’ll always drive safe, Love you!

Dad,

There is nothing you can do to prepare yourself for something like this. All I can do is thank you for being not only the best Dad but your littlest girls first love. I’ll treasure and hold close to me the times we spent together.

Enjoy a cold beer with all our loved ones!
“I’ll talk to you soon, I love you”
Love ‘Your Baby Girl’ Boo xxxx

Jeff,

Although it was sad to see you go, it was a relief to know that you were no longer in pain and frustrated. I’ll miss our random chats about how we would better the world and that same send off you would give me every time I left, “Look after our girl for me, ok.” to which I would reply, “Always mate”. I promise to continue looking after both your girls now that you’re not here, just like you asked me to in recent weeks before your passing.

See ya mate, Dave. (Big Fella)
