Passed away peacefully at home on Friday 13 September 2019 aged 84 years. Loving husband of Frances. Devoted father and father in law to Robert and Rosaline, Janet, Peter and Wendy, Andrew and Christin, Chris and Kylie, Tim and Amanda, Annie and Peter. Cherished Pop to Erin, Brian, Justin, Matt, Amy, Loughlin, Jasper, Jayde, Nicholas, Audrey, Sam, Jake.

Requiem Mass for the repose of the soul of Mr. Gerald Thomas Smart (Gerry) will be offered at Lumen Christi Catholic Church, Williams Avenue Churchill on FRIDAY (September 20, 2019) at 11.00 am.
At the conclusion of mass, the Funeral will leave for the Hazelwood Cemetery.
Rosary will be recited at Latrobe Valley funeral services Traralgon Chapel on THURSDAY evening, (September 19, 2019)
at 6 pm.
