Passed away peacefully surrounded by family.

Beloved husband and soulmate of Maureen and idolised Dad to Alyson, Trevor, Stephen, Paul, and partners Michael, Emily, Alana and Kate.

Proud and fun-loving Pa to Julian, Levi, Ryder, Sierra, Jeremy, Sienna, Antionette, Archer, Leo, Hudson and Milla.

An amazing Husband, Dad and Pa who provided friendship, kindness and wisdom.

You were incredibly brave and strong throughout your battle. Your positive attituded and never giving up was an inspiration to us all.

We love you and know that you’ll always be in our hearts, until we meet again x

Much loved brother to Fred and Ann. Adored Uncle and Great Uncle to Andrew, Phillip and Rhiannon, Kevin and Charisse, Ella, Hannah, Gabrielle, Phoebe, Hugo, Kingston, Arya, Zendaya and Ivy.

His was a life well lived, he was a friend to so many and will be missed always. He will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

Until we meet again on that Cruise Ship in the Sky.

The funeral service for Mr. Gerhard (Gerry) Riess will be held at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Church St Traralgon, on Thursday (23rd December 2021) commencing at 2pm.
