Born on February 21, 1933. Passed away August 12, 2022.

Passed away peacefully on 12 August at Maryvale Private Hospital
Aged 89 years

Much loved wife of Bruce (dec) and Reg (dec).

Cherished Mother and Mother-in-Law of Peter, Graeme (dec) and Gail, Alan and Deb.

Adored Nan of her 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren

 

We will miss your cheeky smile as you listened to our stories and your joy in the exploits of your family; how you loved the family gatherings.

You were our rock, always thinking of others over yourself. We will remember your vibrant sense of humour and adventurous nature.

You will always have a special place in our hearts.

Peter, Alan and Deb, Sam(dec) and Ellie, Rosie and Grace, Anna and Alex.

 

Dearly loved and loving Mother and Mother-in-law of Graeme (decd) and Gail.

The funeral service and committal for cremation for Mrs Jean Popplestone will be held at Latrobe Valley Funeral Services Chapel, 260 Princes Highway Traralgon on Friday August 19th, 2022, commencing at 2pm.

  3. Aunty Jean, I have treasured memories of holidays in Loch Sport, you taught me how to play darts,pour a beer properly, make salmon patties and clean nits out of kids hair in a blackout ;)
    You always loved a giggle, a beer and shared my love of berries in champagne.
