Born on February 17, 1927. Passed away June 13, 2021.

Passed away peacefully at Mitchell House, Morwell on Sunday, June 13, 2021 aged 94 years. Dearly loved and loving wife of Keith (dec). Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Beverley and John White, Evelyn and Theo Timmermans, Neil (dec) and partner Jan Owens. Adored and cherished granny of Craig and Heather, Angela and Ben, Jarrod and Hanna, Brett and Sally, Nicole, Narelle and Andy, Grant and Berni. Great granny of Dean, Lachlan, Sheridan, Kyan, Jensen, Tenley, Oscar, Rosie, Nate, Lewis, Evie and Ryley.

Daughter of the late John and Florence Campbell.

Loved sister of Claude, Harvey, Greg, Doug, Hazel and Heather (all dec).

Death leaves a heartache no-one can heal,

Latrobe Valley Funeral Services Chapel 437A Princes Drive, Morwell
The Funeral Service of Mrs Shirley Polwarth will be livestreamed from Latrobe Valley Funeral services Chapel, 437A Princes Drive, Morwell on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 commencing at 1.30pm. Following the service, the funeral will leave for the Hazelwood Cemetery.

  8. A beautiful friendship began with Shirley and Keith when we came to be part of the SEC in 1972 – in age we were closer to Shirley and Keith’s children but age did not count. Rob and Keith worked together until Keith retired and both couples enjoyed dinner parties together and visits to each other’s homes. Shirley’s spontaneous warmth, care, twinkling eyes, welcome and wit were thoroughly appreciated and will be long-remembered
