A Prayer Service for the repose of the soul of Mrs Anne Murphy will be offered at St Michaels Catholic Church, Church Street, Traralgon on MONDAY (February 10, 2025) at 1.30 pm.

To celebrate Anne's life the family has requested that people please wear colour to the service.

  32. A wonderful part of raising Will and Danny in Traralgon was having the Murphy’s as neighbours. Anne was organised chaos. Caring, sporty, passionate and ethical. She stepped up for fairness and justice and made a huge contribution to the local community.

  80. My mate Peter McKenzie and I worked with Anne at Coles/New World in the mid 70’s when we were all still in school. We used to stir the living daylights out of “Hooligan” as we referred to her. She used to look at each of us and must have been thinking that we were both idiots, considering that she was 2 years younger than both of us and she was always up for a laugh. I don’t think that I ever saw Anne after I left but have always thought of her from time to time, and it’s funny how people you meet along the way can still bring memories up of good times and Anne was an absolute gem, condolences to all of her family.
