Passed away peacefully at Casey Hospital on the 27th of April 2022 aged 83.

Loved and loving husband of Pat.

Much loved Dad of Glen and Lyn, Dianne (dec), Debbie, Christine and Anthony,

Loved Stepdad of Leanne and Spud, Bev and Brian.

Loved Pop of all his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The funeral of Mr. Cay Monteny will arrive at the Yallourn Cemetery on Friday (6th May 2022) for a Graveside Service to commence at 11am.

  1. Dad my fondest memories are you taking me scrounging at the Yallourn north tip, gosh we found some treasures. Our yearly holidays in the Millard caravan and I out smarted you to get a new bike by asking you when you were asleep on the couch, as you often talked in your sleep, and you said YES! Mum told you, you had to now because you promised haha. Your crazy duck noise, stubby time, and gunnadoo. Your hard working ethics were instilled in me from an early age and passed on to my kids and I appreciate that. Rest in peace Dad . ❤
