A very special brother, brother in law and uncle. Always ready for a laugh. Thank you for your wonderful support and love after John passed away. You were such special brothers and I hope you will meet again to talk about cricket and the doggies!
I’ll miss the many coffees and jelly slices we shared.

We have wonderful memories of Bernie growing up in Mirboo North. particularly at the post office and football with John and as a great friend to catch up with. He had such a great sense of humour. I just saw this notice.
My Father Bert Christie was Post Master at Mirboo North when Bernie was a Postman.
As a lad growing up Bernie was my hero.
He took me fishing and taught me how to kick a football.
I will always fondly remember Bernie.
