Mentor to many, loved by all. His passing leaves a huge hole and will be remembered fondly for all time.

My deepest sympathy to Tracie and the whole Lund family. Simon was my great mate in primary school and when we reconnected through Facebook many years later I found he had the same beautiful qualities he had in childhood. The things he had achieved and the loving family he had created in his adult life were to be admired. Rest Peacefully Simon, you lived your life well. It was just far, far too short. x

I’ve downloaded many things in my life to watch later but never have I down loaded a funeral, that said I still find it hard to believe that such a larger than life character is non longer with us. I so wanted to be there today but being between my night shifts it just wasn’t going to happen. As it’s been mentioned you were so many things to so many people. To me you were a mate and someone to call upon when in strife. You never left us hanging. I’ll miss our chats about everything from life to CFA and back again. to Trace and your family, you’ll always be in my thoughts.
