Tributes
  1. My beautiful Auntie Bronwyn. A kind soul that always saw the good in those around her. Lovely childhood memories I have of ‘the farm’ and my cousins and these have continued to be shared with my children. Thank you for a life so wonderfully lived. Thank you too for allowing me to be a part of your final journey, a privilege shared with Eva and Sean and who, from a fiercely independent woman, knew when it was time to go and chose where she wanted that to be.
Much love from Dominique and Stephen, Bo-Dean, Alycia (dec) Scott, Lillian, Isaac, (who only saw you in Sept/Oct), Adam and Brigitte.

  2. Ron & I would like to send our love & condolences to the Janssen family.

My most favorite memory of being made a part of the Janssen family was when the house was being built on the block. We had Christmas dinner on the block with just a fire & a camp oven to cook Christmas dinner. It was the best Christmas.

Loved being at Gumbya Park for the Janssen Christmas Party & made welcome as a part of the family.

Eva & I have been friends for 30+ years. I had the privilege of knowing Bronwyn (Mrs Janssen). Such a strong woman with strong values & a heart of gold. She loved her beloved Richmond Football Club & they would often drop by to Eva’s after the game to celebrate a win. I’m so happy she finally was able to see Richmond win a Grand Final.

You will be missed dear lady. RIP +

    All our love xx

  7. Dear Fons and family, Thank you Eva for organising the Zoom that myself, Bruce and Peta could see our dearest friend to have some time together. We (the Laddies) have so many fond memories of times spent over the last 47 years. From when we first moved to Seaford to now, you have always extended a warm welcome. You have left the most beautiful legacy that any mum could leave, a family who you loved dearly, and who all love you in return. You are now resting in the arms of God. Until we meet again.
Love Narelle, Bruce, Peta, Aaron, Jason and Michael.

  8. “Farewell

Death is not the end, it is the beginning of a journey into the unknown, because who truly knows what happens after you die,
So if it is the beginning of a new life and the end of an old one, just remember the memory of you never dies, and I hope one fine day we will meet again and remember it was worth it,
While you were alive and all that mattered you survived to remember your spirit never dies but lives forever to be alive, so farewell my friend, I will look for you, until we are together again.

    By Me JTL”

Jason wanted me to say , that words can be very limiting but he did his best, he has many fond memories of coming to the farm. His Mum Narelle

  10. It’s been a beautiful part of my life being connected with the Janssen family. Bronwyn is an amazing lady, full of bounce and laughter in a no nonsense kind of way, which I love…super practical and deeply caring. Mother of eight, and an incredible inspiration to me as a child for she had adopted her last and to me, it was a pure gesture of a wonderful and very generous love she had for people. She embraced my brother, Aaron and I as part of the family whenever we stayed at the farm for school holidays . From neighbours to long family friends of 47 years standing….this is the true testimony of a life lived in connection with humanity.

With a beautiful and heavenly love to Bronwyn in her passing over and to amazing family,
    Peta
