Passed away peacefully at Maryvale Private Hospital, Morwell on July 6, 2019 Aged 92 Years. Loved and loving husband of Val for 65 years.
Much loved father and father in-law of Graham (dec.) and Christine, David, Steven, Julie and Peter.
Adored Grand Dad to all his Grand Children, Great Grand Child and their families.

The Funeral Service and Committal for Cremation for Mr. Jack Embry will be held at Latrobe Valley Funeral Services Chapel, 260 Princes Highway Traralgon on FRIDAY (July 12, 2019) commencing at 11.00 am.
