Passed away peacefully at Maryvale Private Hospital on Monday the 6th of December,

aged 75 years.

Loved son of Rowland and Ellen Kathleen (both dec).

Loving brother to his brother and sister’s.

Years go by but memories stay.

The Funeral of Mr. John Henry Disher will be held at Latrobe Valley Funeral Services Chapel, 437A Princes Drive, Morwell on THURSDAY (December 16, 2021) commencing at 1.30 pm

At the conclusion of the Service the Funeral will leave for the Hazelwood Cemetery.

Please ensure that your double vaccination status is current and available for inspection if attending the service.

  6. JD was a thoughtful bloke who did careful work. JD was one who would go out after hours when cables went faulty or were damaged. I was grateful for JD’s cable jointing because he would figure it out and get it right. I met up with him a few times after Telstra and tried to involve him in my volunteer work at Mathison Park, he did help sometimes but seemed withdrawn. I am sorry he has passed away. JD was one of life’s ‘characters’. See ya on the other side mate. Chris Foley
