Love may gatt and familyA loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Nannu was a kind and generous man who touched the lives of so many. He gave me my very first job at the Morwell Milk Bar as a teenager, placing his trust in me and helping build the confidence that shaped my future. His generosity, guidance and belief in others will never be forgotten.
Nannu also shared a lifelong love of greyhounds — a passion passed down through generations. Training greyhounds together became something special between him, my dad and my daughter, the three of them forming a beautiful trio through their shared love of the greyhounds.
Mikayla and Dad will continue to fulfil this legacy, with the support of us all.
He will be remembered for his generosity, encouragement, and his traditional coffee cup that no one dared to ever clean.
Forever loved and deeply missed.
Letitia xxx
May 12, 2026Rest in peace Nannu
My 1st home was your home, A lot of my 1st was with you, You called me Chris and my parents hated it but I loved it. I remember dad waking me up in the AM to take me out to your farm every week and I got to snuggle with you and Deloris while dad worked and I would look over at you and ask you if you were sleeping, & everytime you would say “yes shhh” with a smile on your face, I’m coming to see you today for one last goodbye and I promise I’ll be quiet and let you sleep. I love you forever Nannu
Much love Crystal & “the L’s”

You will always remain in our heart’s you will be missed dearly and never forgotten love forever and always drewI’ll always remember Buz Nannu with his greyhounds, going to his house most days after school for a chat when I was in year seven, and the coffee visits he’d make to Nannu’s house whenever I stayed there cooking, or doing something in the garden. I’m going to miss making your coffee and the banter we’d all share over the table. They’re simple memories, but they mean so much more to me now. Rest peacefully Buz Nannu, so much love from your great granddaughter.
May 14, 2026Father, you live on in hearts, and I know you’re at peace, resting with nana.
You are my childhood – many memories, places, faces, family, friends. I miss you now and forever. Your grandchildren ask about their grandfather, and I will continue sharing stories.
I hold onto the idea that you’re proud, and that you will continue shining light on the family tree and all its branches.
Rest in peace dad.
Warren, Elaine, Archie and Theodore.
