Tributes
  1. To my great grandmother,

I pray that you are finally at peace and without pain, it brings me to tears still to this day that I never got a chance to say goodbye but I will hold onto your last smile as I walked out your door, for the rest of my life.

You were the pillar of our entire family, you were the one we’d all run to with our achievements, big or small, just because we knew there would be no one prouder. You were the one we’d go to in search of comfort and guidance through out life.

You were truly one of a kind and I cherished every single moment we shared. I hope your wish came true and Pa was standing at heavens gates with open arms.

    Love always,
    Ryan xxx

  11. Dear Grandma,
As I sit here struggling to put words to paper, with a tear rolling down my face, not knowing what to say first.
How do you say in a few words how wonderful your Grandmother is?

You were the most loved Grandmother and adored by all of the family.

I will miss the way you look at the boys listening to them tell you about Minecraft or Jake telling you about the latest heavy metal song he is learning.

I will miss hearing your voice on the phone!

You were always so proud of everything we achieved and made sure we knew that.

I wish I could hug you one last time or hear you say on the phone “Oh hello Amanda” (you always did know the difference between Belinda and I).

Thank you Grandma for all of the wonderful memories you and I share. I will hold them close to my heart forever. The boys and I will miss you dearly.

I know Pa would have been waiting for you and welcomed you with open arms. Reunited with the love of your life. You will always be my angel watching over me.
    Love always,
    Amanda, Jake & Kade

  16. It is with great sadness we have to farewell our beautiful Aunty Myra. Our favorite and most vivid memories will always be the laughter we shared when together, when you and dad were together we never quite knew what we were laughing at but it was pure joy. I wish we could just share one more giggle together.

  18. Myra: We first met at croquet when you came down from Lakes Entrance to play in our tournament at Warragul & we have been friends ever since (except when we were playing against each other). I left the Warragul club & joined you at Morwell. There are so many memories of the fun times we had both on & off the court. I am so glad that we stayed in touch after I left the Morwell Croquet Club & will certainly miss our phone calls which usually lasted at least an hour or more & involved a lot of laughing. I am so pleased that I got to visit you before Christmas (again, a lot of laughs) & to talk to you on your 91st birthday. Thank you for all the fun times & special moments & especially for your friendship. I will miss you dearly. Hit a few croquet balls & run a few hoops up there. Rest in peace lovely lady Love you always & forever. xo

  19. To our Grandma!
You will be missed so much, as you were loved so dearly. It was always the best seeing you with your infectious smile, loving personality and your big hugs!
I will always remember the yummy food you showed me how to cook at Christmas time. My last memory with Grandma was seeing her at the home, where we spoke about the footy tipping competition, how she wasn’t very good because she would only tip the teams she liked & of course the mighty tigers
You may be gone now but you will forever be in our hearts. We love you Grandma !
