Passed away peacefully at St. Hilary’s Aged Care Morwell  on July 24th, 2021  surrounded by her loving family.

Aged 83 years

Dearly loved Wife of Lawrence (Dec)

Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Darren, Lorrae and Peter, Paul and Carol.

Adored grandma to Meagan and Brett, Courtney and Simon, Sean and Emma, Emma and Tod. Great grandma to Indie and Harper.

With tears we saw you suffer

We watched you fade away

Our hearts were slowly breaking

As you fought so hard to stay.

 

We cannot tell you Mum how much we cherished the time we got to spend with you.

Go Tigers!!

Funeral Notice
St Vincent's Catholic Church Cnr Hunt and Barry Streets, Morwell
Prayers for the Repose of the Soul of Mrs Patricia Chubb will be livestreamed from St Vincent’s Catholic Church, Cnr Hunt and Barry Streets, Morwell on Tuesday, August 3,  commencing at 2.00pm.
