Mum, you were my first love, my biggest supporter and my confidante. You taught my what love is, how to be strong and how to treat others. As our hearts process this difficult time, I remember your “I’m fine, don’t worry” attitude. We know you are at peace, flying high whilst remaining forever in our hearts and memory. I’m glad you’ll have the best seat in the house on our wedding day. Thank you for your unwavering encouragement and for always believing in me.

Marian was one of the precious women who befriended, loved, modelled, taught, discipled, mentored and guided us through our early married years, aways willing to share her wisdom and life experience with us. We will miss her greatly, and pray Gods blessing and comfort upon you all at this sad time. She adored her family, and was loyal to her friends and served the Lord with gladness. She is absent from the body, but present with the Lord. . RIP lovely lady. ❤️💐

Dear Marian,
I am so thankful for how welcome you have made me feel from day one. Inviting me over to do crafts when I had just moved here. You were so talented at so many different crafts, it was incredible! Cooking absolutely delicious meals and sweets. You were an absolutely lovely person and I am going to miss you dearly. Thank you for letting me be apart of your family.

I would like to send my deepest condolences and heartfelt respect to everyone in her family. I feel grateful to have known nan over the past three years. In that time, she was always so warm, kind, and welcoming, and I will never forget her gentle nature and the lovely treats she would always share with so much care. She made people feel at home without even trying.

It is especially meaningful to have known her during this time as Georgia and I prepare for our wedding, and we will always carry that memory with us.

Dearest Aunty Marian, my heart is saddened by the news of your passing, because I know how much Uncle Richard and the rest of your family will miss you so much. Still, I know they are comforted by the knowledge of your eternal peace and rest. I will always remember your beautiful kind and sweet nature, never hearing a harsh word from you. I still treasure the beautiful hand panted plate you gave me for my 21st birthday, such a talented, delightful human. You will be greatly missed and always loved. Although I only got to know you over the past couple of years it seemed like I’ve known you all my life. I miss driving you to ladies group and sharing such rich and wonderful conversation in the car. It was an honour to share a window of your life. Your gentle and peaceful nature and words of wisdom glowed. My prayers are lifted for Richard and the families for the comforting arms of Jesus around you all at this time. Till we meet again.

What a blessing Marian has been to our Morwell turningpoint Church (previously Morwell Family Church) where Richard and her served Jesus with great wisdom, faithfulness and love. It truly was a privilege to have her fellowship with us for around 25 years. An honourable, strong and compassionate woman who displayed Godly characteristics at all times.
