It was my great pleasure to have known Bernie. He was an Intelligent, talented and caring man who gave much to the community. He was loved and respected by all those who knew him. It is with great sadness that we learn of his passing. Rest in Peace Bernie!

He will be sadly missed by many people as he contributed so much of his time over the years to the Traralgon community. Rest In Peace Bernie, reunited with Helen and Graeme.

December 17, 2022What a privilege and absolute pleasure to work with you at the information centre for over 15 years. Always generous, caring and cheeky as hell! You made our junkets so much fun and you would give absolutely anything a crack! You hated the xerox machine, gave us all a hard time and were always charming and witty. A true gentleman, one of the greats. RIP Bernie, now reunited with Helen. Wherever you are, I hope you are just damn fine xx

Your dad was an amazing man who I as well as the whole team at the Visitor Information Centre have very fond memories of. He taught me lots about Traralgon, travel and family and made me laugh a lot! Helen and him were a great team and their love for each other was very special. He will be surely missed but reunited with his true love.Our greatest condolences to you and all your family at this sad time.
