Passed away peacefully at LRH on the 12th of January 2022 aged 83.

Loved father and father in law of Tracey and Geoff, Fiona and Paul, Lisa and Jamie.

Loved Pop of all his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The funeral service and committal for cremation for Darrell Carmichael will be held at Latrobe Valley Funeral Services Chapel, 260 Princes Hwy Traralgon on Friday (21st January 2022) commencing at 1.30pm

  5. My beautiful Pop, I hope you’re resting peacefully now.
    I will miss your face when I surprise you for a visit.
    I will miss your happy & quirky personality.
    I will always remember saying yes to a tea & biscuits, only to realise you’ve given me green tea with milk & stale bickies.
    I will remember going to the shops to get a watermelon, for you to walk out, not with a wedge but a whole watermelon almost as big as you.
    I will remember your fascination with clocks & how busy they would keep you when daylight savings came.
    You were truely one of a kind & I will miss you.
