BURKETT – John Charles

Born on December 7, 1954. Passed away August 28, 2021.

It is with a heavy heart that I bring sad news. John passed away on Saturday 28th August 2021. He peacefully drifted off with the love of his life Diane and children Matt & Lesley, and their partners Corina & Will by his side. All his family were with him in his final moments.

He was a true gentleman, husband, father, father in-law, grandfather, brother, uncle, son and friend. Lovingly known as “Poppa John” to Ciane, Nataya, Avani, Alanah & Poppy. He touched all our hearts beyond words, leaving a void that can never be filled. Only this gentle giant can fill such a vast space. He will be dearly missed. All who knew him loved him, he has touched the lives of many.

RIP my John, Dad, Poppy.

We love you so much.
