Passed away peacefully at LRH. Aged 87 years.

Dearly loved Husband of Mary.

Loved Son of the late Reg and Linda Boulton.

Cherished Father and Father in-law to Claire and Greg Sharman, Cathy and Barry Brinsmead, Peter (dec) and Dianne and David.

Adored Pa to James, Morgan, Cameron, Zack, Bridgette, and Partners.

Great Grandpa to Alex.

Funeral Notice
A Requiem Mass Service for Mr Douglas Boulton (Doug) will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 262 Commercial Road Morwell on FRIDAY (June 26th, 2026) commencing at 11.30am.

At the conclusion of Mass the Funeral will leave for the Traralgon Cemetery, Gippsland Memorial Park.

  2. I was blessed to have worked with Doug at Australian Paper, he was always a cheerful man and a real gentleman, he had great communication skills and was very knowledgeable in regards to telecommunications. Doug was always a delight to work with.

  4. As an electrical apprentice, I was one of many who benefitted from the learnings you bestowed on us whilst you managed the Drawing Office at the APM. Always patient, always helpful. There are dozens of electricians today who are better individuals and have become excellent technicians, due to experiencing your mentorship.

  9. I have wonderful memories of growing up with Doug and his parents as next door neighbors. Doug, being a few years older, provided common sense and maturity to us Stanlakes . In later years it was always lovely to meet Doug and have a chat with him.

  12. Doug had so much to give and he gave his all.! After being awarded a position in the Electrical Dept at Maryvale Mill I moved from U.K. to Maryvale Mill. with my family . Doug helped me transition into my role helping me to successfully interface into a very complex operation..
