Passed away peacefully at St. John of God Hospital Berwick on the 12th of February 2021 aged 75.

From Pakenham formerly of Traralgon.

Loved partner of Wendy.

Fondly remembered by Margaret.

Proud father and father in law of Paul, Karen, Lisa and Rob.

Loved Pop of Zoe, Lyrick, Amelia, Darcy and Finn.

To know him was to love him.

Forever in our hearts.

The funeral service and committal for cremation for Mr. David Blake will be held at Latrobe Valley Funeral Services Chapel, 260 Princes Hwy Traralgon, on Thursday (25th February 2021) commencing at 11am.
