  7. Condolences to Mandie and his wonderful daughters and extended family who will all miss this fantastic man.

The ball is skied to deep long on and the opposition sprints then jogs. They’d settle and stop to take the catch as we’d all wait for Blacky to holler……”watch the dog watch dog!!!” and on queue the fielder would fumble.

    Will never be forgotten Blacky

  9. Dear Mandie and family, offering my sincerest condolences on the passing of John. Although our times of catching up were well spaced out it was always a pleasure to catch up and chat with John. We first both attended Youth Club on Friday nights at the Traralgon South Hall. Then at Netball Tournaments when our girls and yours were teenagers. And also when you were involved in the WTC productions, I delighted in seeing John in the audience and catch up with quick Hello when I would usher him to his seat. It always brought a smile to my face remembering the jokester he was.
