  3. Rae and I made a promise to Katie that we would look after Lucky and keep an eye on you. Never knew how much our friendship would grow over the years. You would greet us with a huge smile, would laugh and chat away…..our visits were always special. The bond you developed with Lucky was very special and she was spoilt by you, just like everyone that entered your life. The most generous and kindest man ……your journey will continue my friend, our chapter has closed for now but one day we will meet again. Say hello to Katie and Lucky x

  4. My thoughts to John’s family
First met in the Yallourn Newsagency many years ago,
Had the pleasure to catch up again through LRH where we reminisced about the past,
John spoke warmly of his family and was always up for a chat, such a thoughtful and caring person, will be missed 💞

  5. I’m sorry at the passing of John. I went to the Yallourn tech school with John 60 years ago. Although our paths haven’t crossed since I still have fond memories of his kind and gentle nature. Deepest condolences to his family.
