Passed away peacefully at Dalkeith Gardens on Tuesday 28 July 2026.

Aged 84 years.

Loved and loving husband of Trish.

Loving father and father in-law of Jo & Glenn and Trevor & Danni.

Dearly loved pop of Chloe, Ella, Regan, Rory and Mackenzie.

Loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle.

The Funeral Service of Mr Colin Bailey will be held at Latrobe Valley Funeral Services Chapel, 437A Princes Drive, Morwell on THURSDAY (August 6, 2026) commencing at 11.00am.

At the conclusion of the Service, the Funeral will leave for the Hazelwood Cemetery, Brodribb Road, Hazelwood.

 

                            The Service for Colin will also be livestreamed.

  1. It is with great sadness to learn of the passing of our beloved Brother in Law, Colin. Colin was also the much cherished Uncle of Fiona and Jamie, Julie and Claude and their families. He was a much loved friend of the Palmer family for many years and we shall miss him greatly at our family gatherings. He was always good fun, loved a chat about footy, cricket and life in general.   6. To Auntie Trish, Jo, Trevor, Glenn, Danni, Chloe, Ella, Reagan, Rory & Mackenzie, thinking of you all at this difficult time. Family functions will feel very different without Uncle Colin there. He always had a smile on his face and was genuinely happy to see everyone together, making time to show interest in what we had all been doing. I hope all the special memories you have, help in the times ahead.
