KIPPEN, Jennifer Joy (née Wells)
Aged 74, of Newborough, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2026, at Latrobe Regional Health, surrounded by her loving family.
Jennifer was born on December 29, 1952, in Warragul, Victoria, to Stanley and Irene Wells.
She is survived by her husband Colin, her children: Tracey & Ken, Pamela & Karl, Brett and Borris (her furbaby);
Her grandchildren Chance, Atherton, Connor, Kirra, Jaxon, Zavier, Robert, Steven ;
Her great-granddaughter Taliegha; and her brothers Colin Wells and Brian Wells.
With tears we saw you suffer, as we watched you fade away.
Our hearts where almost broken as you fought so hard to stay.
We knew you had to leave us but you never went alone.
For part of us went with you when you left us for home.

September 24, 2026I didn’t get to know you for all that long, but in the short time I did, it was more than enough to know what a beautiful, genuinely sweet-hearted woman you were.
You always had the same question for me, “Are you staying for dinner?” And even when I said no, somehow there’d usually still be a plate made for me anyway. That was just the kind of person you were. You made people feel welcome, looked after, and cared for in the simplest ways.
I’m grateful I got the chance to know you, even if it was only for a short while. Those little moments are the ones that stick with you.
Rest peacefully, beautiful lady. You’ll be missed. ❤️
