September 15, 2026Dear Marlene
I think of you, your beautiful smile
That twinkle in your eye as you tell your stories of love and courage. Then there is that chuckle as you have overcome another obstacle.
You have been an inspiration to many and loved by all God’s creatures.
Wombats, ducks, the cockatoo that would call loudly ‘Maarm’ we were all on alert in Little Crescent. There were white mice and dogs they all loved and trusted your care. You have left us all with our memories and we see in our mind you have reached the heavenly shore. There is a welcome group waiting with excitement. Donny, Dano, Josh and many family and friends who have gone before, it is wonderful here, light and love and no more pain.
We who still live here on earth know the pain and loss of a wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend.
So to Darryl, Michelle and all the family. We love you and trust Marlene
Will light your path each day.
May God bless you all, with his comforting love until we meet againLyn Gunawan, Paul, John and Adam
