Our much loved Dad Jeffrey passed away peacefully at LRH surrounded by family.
Father to Aaron, Rachael and Karly.
Poppy to William, Evie, Scarlett, Jackson, Jude and Hunter.
His strength, kindness and love will remain with us always.
The Funeral will leave at the conclusion of the Service for the Moe Memorial Park Cemetery, Cemetery Road Moe.
