  2. Good-bye Joyce (Joy), my wonderful friend of 53 years. So many beautiful memories to keep in my heart. Our companionship meant so much as we travelled to many amazing places. Rest peacefully on your final journey.

  3. So sad to say goodbye to a loving and caring cousin, she always remembered my birthday and was a beacon of love to the whole family.

  4. Sorry to hear about your Mum.
I was actually just last week telling Stuart’s partner about how talented your mum was. I was explaining to Rachel about how skilled she was.
I remember being amazed at her taking the cover off a Jason recliner and remaking a new cover. She also remade so many outfits from larger garments.
She was very talented and always so welcoming and cheerful.

  5. Farewell dear “Aunty Joy” from the “Pickett kids”; Matthew, Simon, Lucinda and Yolande. Kind and warm-hearted, big smiles and laughter, life-long family friend. You will be greatly missed, as are Jim & Doug.

    Lots of love,

Matthew, Simon, Lucinda & Yolande May 20, 2026
  6. I’m so sorry I am unable to attend Joy’s funeral today. Our families have spent many happy hours together over the years. Life is short but Joy made good use of her time on earth. Well done! Love to Heather, Julie & families and Becky.
