Dearly loved husband of Fay for 66 years.

Much loved father and father-in-law of Stephen and Kim, Mark and Sandra.

Adored Poppy to Chloe and Jayden, Liam and Charleigh, Gabrielle and Lachlan, and Vincent.

Great grandfather to Skyla, Hugo, and Oakes.

The Funeral Service for Mr. John William Maynard will be held at Latrobe Valley Funeral Services Chapel, 437A Princes Drive Morwell on MONDAY (February 23rd, 2026) commencing at 1.30pm.

The funeral will leave at the conclusion of the service for the Hazelwood Cemetery, Brodribb Road Hazelwood.

    You would alway have a cheeky smile when I’d see you in the mornings.
    You gave some staff a run for their money, but you would always tell me straight away and I’d have your back.
