Passed away suddenly at home surrounded by his loving family on February 20, 2020 Aged 84 Years. Loved and loving husband of Ruth (dec.)
Much loved father and father in-law of Susan and Ian, Mary and Danny, Paul and Rachel, Peter and Jenny.
Loved Pop to Amanda, Marley, Chelsea, Amy, Kieren, Tahlia, Nathan, Byron, and his Great Grand Children, Hannah, Dustyn and Zahli. Special friend of Lyn.
Reunited with his beloved Ruth

Son of late Myrtle and Bill.
Brother to Ian (dec). Loving brother to Lois, Esther, Alma and Colleen.

Funeral Prayers for Mr Kevin William Foley will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Commercial Road Morwell on THURSDAY (February 27, 2020) commencing at 10.30 am
At the conclusion of Prayers the Funeral will leave for the Yallourn Cemetery.

  1. I am very saddened to hear of Kevin’s passing. He was a great boss and mentor to me when I worked for the Transport Regulation Board for ten years in the 70’s and 80’s. A fair but firm man with high principles who lived for his family. He taught me “Temper justice with mercy” and it will work out right.

    It is with great sadness to we have today learned of the passing of your dear brother, father and my very special cousin and mate.
    My youth and life have been blessed by having the most wonderful cousin to grow up with – Kevin will remain in my hear with the many treasured memories of our youth together.
