My dear dear friend Gwenda.After talking on Sunday night we did not know that this would be our last conversation.We caught up on lots of gossip about our families. Maybe you had an inkling that you would be leaving us all.

Lovely lady who passed on part of her beautiful personality to her children and grandchildren. You will live on in their hearts and personalities. May you RIP in their hearts. X

Our dear Aunty Gwenda, thank you so very much darling lady for always being such a kind, caring & loving Aunt to us both, all throughout the years. I thought you were a movie star when Uncle Ken first bought you to meet us when we were little, you were so glamorous WOW. But you had us at hello, with your smile, laughter & infectious personality of fun, fun & even more fun, you just lit up the room & that never ever changed. It takes a very special kind of person to engage with others the way you always did & to make them feel like royalty as well & you were that special person. You honestly were genuinely interested in others, such a beautiful soul with a heart of pure gold & a strong moral compass. A Wife, Mother & Nanna who lived for her family, who in return gave you an endless lifelong supply of joy & happiness. I will forever miss you squealing with delight when I visited, your divine eloquently handwritten cards & your animation & excitement when you told me all about what your amazing children & grandchildren had been doing. It was like you were the one playing the football match or travelling OS with them all, you were so happy for them. Your glass was always half full never half empty sweetie, you were one positive Polly Aunty Gwenda & always found something to laugh about !
Our hearts bleed for Jody, Darren, Justin, Naomi, Travis, Maggie, Sammy, Gracie, Harry, Jesse & Ben. Your departure to be with Uncle Ken again, will leave such a huge void in their lives. We wish them all strength, comfort & gentle days ahead xxxxxxxxxxx Thank you again Aunty Gwenda for being such an inspiring, uplifting & very important part of all our lives, we will miss you forever, but find solace in that we will always have our wonderful memories of you. We know that your journey through the universe to meet up with Uncle Ken again will be exciting & what a reunion that will be. Hopefully he has his stereo ready to play Neil Diamonds Hot August Night LP & you can both dance the night away & party hard, just like the good old days.
