July 8, 2025Bev, we are very sad to hear of Max’s passing and our thoughts are with you and your family at this devastating time. We have fond memories of meeting you both on the NZ cruise and then Max keeping us abreast of everything that unfolded from the time you were stuck on the Diamond Princess to quarantining in Darwin and getting a heroes’ welcome home. Max kept us entertained with the exploits of your black cat predicting Collingwood’s victories, or otherwise. Then we were saddened to learn of Max’s health battles and hospitalizations, but we had a lovely catchup with you both after Christmas 2023. We mourn the taking of Max too soon and the loss of a dear husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend.
