  1. Dad,,
I struck gold when I got you as my dad. You were 1 in a million, such a gentle caring person with a heart of gold. You guided me through life with love and respect. The most important lesson you taught me is that family is everything. I hope I made you proud. I know you will always be watching over me and the family.
I love you so much Dad now and forever.

Your strength and resilience were always an inspiration for me.
I’ll always miss Saturday morning coffee with you and the family, was always a highlight in my weeks, no matter how busy I got with work I would make sure I was able to get to those morning catch ups.
Being away had never changed our bond and I will love you forever, I just hope I can be atleast half the man you were and impart the same happiness, compassion and strength in my family as you did with ours. We lost a great man when we lost you. Love you more than words could ever express.
